Very very bad Gprs Srvics

first of all they take 24 hrs minimum to activate the service, after that they don't send any confirmation msg about activation of the service, & the funny thing is that the download speed is in bytes from 300-900bytes/sec.my idea no. is 9728872072,

i will suggest you all to buy a airtel card if you are using internet, they activate gprs service within 2 mints, maximum 1 hrs. but idea... ya offcourse an idea can change your life, & i have totally changed, never 2 use idea service. but i recommend BSNL broadband service.
