Unsubscribe scheme

I have complaint against Idea company.

i m trying to deactivate my masti pack since saturday dated 23 May many time i called up in the customer care and told them about deactivate my scheme but result is not satisfactory.

i have also send message for unsubscribe but again the same situation..

Really idea company doesnt provide good customer service.
