I came to India on 1st July and got the Idea sim on 4th July from Idea autherised center in Pimple Saudagar, Pune (landmark - near old Mahadeo mandir). I told them it was very urgent for me and they said it will take a few hours to activate. The sim got deactivated because they didn't submit the documents. I immediately was on a tour and even after following up several times they didn't forward my documents. Today is 15th and still my cell number is not activated. To make the complaint short I am not detailing the kind of harrassment that I went through during these days.
