Dear Sir,

I have my idea postpaid bill on July 31st. On aug 6th i got an SMS to make an immediate payment for Rs 1800 against my unbilled amount for Rs. 2500.

Neither i have not made any calls nor i used any other service which will charge me Rs.2500 in 6 days.

I requested idea to clarify this bill amount and provide me bill for the same, they said that i have to make the payment and they can not give details till Aug 21st.

Idea is not only voilating my rights to know information about my bill, but are pushing me to make a payment of Rs. 1800 without any clarification.

They have also stopped my outgoign services.

I request you to take an immediate action on such poor service and restrict them to exploit customers.
