Un Fair trade practice

Two months ago I subscribed to GPRS service on by mobile through SMS (Only way to subscribe) The company starts charging the moment you subscribe. I got a message that you will be getting "Settings" through customer service. After 32 Calls and two vists to company shpowroom it could not be started on mobile phone. After being fed up I sent SMS to disconnect it. Company charged full amount for the service provided to me.

Now after two months, I thought that that now the IDEA may have improved its services. I subscribed to mobile mail. Again after 4 days and 10 calls to customer Service center Idea has failed to guide me how to start service on my mobile. Yet they are charging for the service which they do not provide.

The nodel officer does not attend the phone.

Now I believe that they have devised a way to make money. Start Charging from the movement when the customer subscribe and donot provide the servivce.

This should be stopped
