Acivation of schme without asking

Sir,

i m user of idea post paid no. 9887290623. i never requsted for schme GPRS20 but they activate it without my concern which cost me 20 rs per day . when i asked them to deactivate the schme the said it take 24 to 48 hrs and i have to pay 4 this . but this not right i dont want 2 pay 4 that schme which i never asked them to activate . i want they should ask the user before activating any schme on there numbers.
