I have changed my postpaid connection to prepaid connection nearly 5 months back.idea has to return me 850 rs which was kept as security deposit and advance.further i lodged 2 complains in their customer care section but all went in vein no money has been returned to me.my complain id is 113095125 dtd 26 jun
