Access Amount in Bill

Sir,

I had received my monthly bill from 16 Aug to 15 Sep. 2009. In this bill the previous amount taken by you is 321.46. But the actual previous amount is 271.46. The amount of Rs. 326.46 was a after due date amount but I had deposited the bill (Rs. 275) on dated 15 Aug 09. So the previous amount should be 271.46 instead of 321.46.Now the current bill is of Rs. 282.50 but it should be of Rs. 232.50. Please do the needful.
