My no. is got expired even I brought it for a lifetime scheme

I bought the no. 9990304043 on a life time scheme. But now it got expired since the customer care say I did not recharge for a long time. If I bought for it for life time sheme, how it is possible to got expire within one year even if I did not recharge it? Kindly help
