Horrible service

I tried recharging my phone using the online recharge scheme on 29th sep the money for the recharge was deducted from my account on 29th itself but my phone wasn't recharged. The sim belongs to haryana and i tried recharging in b'lore.

I called the idea karnataka customercare, they were clueless what to do next and asked me to contact idea haryana customercare, they never picked up the phone, infact i was even charged for the calls to a toll free number. Idea's service is horrible, there customercare is even more horrible, they are here to just cheat people.

i was asked to fill the no. 36264128 in the the field marked code on the idea website for the transaction to proceed.

Other than this, my phone no. sometimes changes for some amount of time and i start receiving some calls which were supposed be for the owner of that new no. Idea's service is really weird and horrible.
