I have not activated utv movie service of idea but then too it is being activated again again. regarding this i made a complaint and had a chat with a idea coustomer executive dated 30 oct. My communication id was 137458628. He assured me that the activation of the service was wrong and told me to refund my balance till 3 nov and it was done on 30 oct as i got the message. But again on 31 oct the services is activated again without my approval and my balance is again deducted.
