i started idea tv on my idea phone no 9911265473 with a monthly subscription of Rs.150. but i am unable to use this service and not getting any link on my mobile. when i asked customer care about this he told me anothe number to call. when i contacted that number no satisfactory response came from there. presently i want to block that service but i am not able to do that because idea care is not cooperative in this matter. they call for various offers but now no body is responding
pse inform the concerned to take care of customers and to solve their problems
