Wrong plan commite

Sir,

I beg to say that, i purchase one sim on date 11-11, from ITBL Telecom Pvt. Ltd (ITBL HOUSE B-70 Naraina phase-2 new delhi-110028).

i gave cheq to the company name of Rs 450/-

Sales man said that he will give plan 149/-.and Two any other number ulimited free.

sim is not activate till now, i called up to sales man and to company, but they do not pick up the phone.

so, i request to u please take action as well as soon, and please reply quikly, what should i do?

if you will not give any response quickly i will take some personal action.
