I activated the net10 plan on my idea prepaid mobile.while using net continuosly, after somedays the plan got deactivated by itself without any notification via phone or msg. & the money deduction started @ 2paise/kb thus giving me a huge loss of balance. When asked about the same at customer care they gave irresponsible answers, with different answers each time I asked the Questions. I have the recordings of my conversations with executives which may be used as a reference. I would therefore like to lodge a complaint against the firm asking for their behaviour towards their potent custome
