I think idea has the poorest customer care, though they says the best customer care. they do not provide any solution to the problem"bas chalta hai".

and at last it should not be "CUSTOMER CARE" as they have started charging money for their so called help. it should be changed to "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" instead.
