I got a call yesterday from idea customer care (9911909394) agent said that we have a special offer for you, he said if you recharged your phone with Rs. 25 then you will get full talk time and 2 sec /1 paisa as a call rate.

after recharging the phone by Rs. 25 still i am untouched from the get the benefit as agent told me.

please look in this matter it is not happening first time.every time agents misguides
