I have been using an NCR Idea no for past few months.
I stay in Apeejay College hostel.
Earlier the ncr network was not strong over here but now "Apeejay College" tower comes under Ncr network.
When I select home network through manual settings on my phone, I am being charged on basis of roaming tarriffs.
When I had spoke to customer care executive they say sorry for inconvinience but we cant refund you your balance.
Now they are also charging for customer care also, which was not so earlier.
According to them they are charging it because I am at roaming (which is not) and a point is to be noted that it was not so arlie
