My Bill cycle is 21st of every month but I never ever recieved Idea Bill on time, all the time I have to request for the bill to near by Idea gallery but they give excuses every time & send me my bill on my email id.
But i am not satisfied with Idea only because while taking this Number I had inform gallery people to give me bill on time as we get bill from our company & for that we have to submit bill original copy to our company on every 1st of the month.
All this I can see is only the customer is in need of doing things properly, we should pay the bill on time,
we should waste our time in calling customercare & follow there instructions & " Leave all our work just look after this things "
to whom so it is concern the Idea service is the poorest one which i had seen so far.
