This is santosh jha, My Idear Cell number is 9911804222, I activated a package for USA/CANADA call for which call rate was 2 Rs per minute. But in the bill of March-08, Idea is charging me flat rate. I asked several time in customer care but they all are helpless even they all know it is wrong bill. What I have to do now, either i have to pay full charge or pakeage charge. Please help me.
