I asked Idea cellular to put my postpaid number on a hold for 3 months as I was going abroad. I paid the 150 Rs. in advance for the service. On coming back I asked them to re-activate my number which should ideally take not more than 24 hrs. But it didn't, I keep calling then for 2 weeks to activate the sim and every time they said that they have already activated it but my sim was still showing "no service detected" for this I talked to everyone from the idea franchise to the customer care.

Ultimately when I went to there office and dig the information I came to know that the have blocked my sim in stand of putting it on hold. Then they gave me a new sim after 1 month, and in the next month bill they charged for it. Then again I contacted these stupid idea people to get it adjusted. Horrible experience
