Post Paid to Prepaid issues

Hi, I have taken Idea’s Post paid connection 4 months back. Now I converted to Prepaid on (02-06-09), reference no 86383077, as per the Idea cellular customer care it will activate with in 24 hours. But after completion of 48 hours still not in active status. I called customer care several times, they were bluffing. Some time they said server is down, within one hour, give me a call after one hour. When I asked about complain no they are not at all ready to write any complain against my problem.

I don’t know when this issue resolved.
