Hi, I am Brijesh kr. Rana my mobile no.9812543351 residing at Civil Hospital Baroda Road Gohana. HR.I am your idea pre paid customer From Last 15days & from beginning i have to face much problems. On 12/12/09 my a/c balance was 4.65 rs.then i switch off my mobile. i switch on my mobile on 17/12/09 in evening time is 4:00 p.m.i surprized when i check my balance it was -88.71 rs. I go to dealar (jain telecom gphana) for rch. 89 rs. First i rch. 20 rs. in my a/c.but a/c bal. was -71 rs. then i make a call on 347 & I ask for my a/c details there was an executive he told me, "Sir apke 88 rs. sham tak apke a/c mein aa jayenge". i again call on 347 at evening there was another executive he told me, "Sir apke a/c mein 89 rs. ka rch. hua hai". I just say thank you becouse i also want this rch. in my a/c then why not your side. After that I rch. 100 rs. again in my a/c after rch. my bal. was 16 rs. but 8:30 P.M. it was 4.65 rs.during this time I don't make any call. After that i again call on 347 but my customer care had been barred. Then i make a call from my another no.(9812766985). There was a person i don't know what ever that person name is? He told me 3 services are ativated on your mobile fron 12/12/09 .He ask me do you want to deactivat these service. i said, " yes". But i did not get any sms regarding these services. Then I just say, "please transfer my call to your seniour. Then he said to me very rudlley, " Call transfer nahi ho payegi. i ask to him, " why."Any other person was laughing behind him. he was saying, " kaun pagal hai." at morning 18/12/09 aain i recharge 20 rs. My bal. 20.71 rs. Now my bal. was proper & 89 rs. rch. also in my a/c.but my bal. is dep. from my main a/c now my balane is 1.49 rs. why? Please check this sir & find where is the problem. I can not call on 347 becouse this is barred. I make a call on 09990555555 time was 10.00 am. There was a lady on recp. She took my no.& said, " Nidhi mam abhi aye nahi hai. wo jaise hi aati hain main aapke pass call back karengi. "but i don't rece. any call form her side i don't have anY no. where i call for this problem. On this way u can understand which condition i will have to face.
In this way I become fed up with Ur Services AGAIN, and Leaving Ur Feel Good Public Relation Services... But think again again Ur Customer Care Executives Services Not Ur Company Services... IT Will harmful U in Future... Not warning but kind Request Which give Ur employee Excuse me.
