Non activation of Post Paid Sim

To get idea Post Paid Connection I have Deposited Rs. 500/- to the executive came from " Broad Win- E1/48, Lower Ground Floor, sec-7, Rohini. Delhi-110085 Ph- 011-47602232".

He gave me receipt no. 754 Dated 02-Jan-10. But after that there was no verification from Idea Cellular Personnel. Whenever I tried to call them, They do not pic the phone. Its more than one month and till date i did not get my post paid connection.

I am very disappointed. Please help me out from this problem.
