I am not satisfied with your service through customer centre irresponsibility

I had already informed more than 10 times about to Deactivate SMS Contest in my cellular no 9718521030 in which daily Rs 1.00 is deducted. But the customer care always assured me to deactivate will be procced from following date but it is still activate. If this will not deactivate, then I decide to change other company SIM and will throw the idea SIM.
