I am an idea postpaid user (got 3 sims in group) Corporate plan under the name of D. Cheturvedi. late he left the company
3 months back i got a bill of RS. 360 or so. which is huge than my usual bill (199 rental 50 or 60 for calls).
I contacted the local idea showroom (via phone) for a e bill copy to make my payment. they said it they will send a copy. But late i haven;t received any copy to verify and pay the bill. Later when i requested them again for the same, they said they will send the copies from the next month and request me to pay the bill for this month and i did accordingly.
Later even after 2 months i am getting the bills around 350-400 every month and i am waiting to check my e-bill for payment but i haven t received any but i paid my bills to sustain my connections.
later when I contacted the Idea show room people again (1 week ago) they informed that I was fined Rs.100 for my late payment of bills. He said that he would reduce the fine and sent me e-bills then after my request at that time.
I haven t got the fine deduc ted untill i called the customer support no.by my self and requested the same.
Now yesterday i am shocked to hear that i was fine every month for my late payment of bills with out my notice (since 4 months or so). Even now I have got RS.100 and i havent received any ebill till now about this bill.
I have tried contacting the customer care again and they said that they can t do any thing with the issue.
Note: If have received ebills all these months in time I would have paid the bills as soon as i have verified them. But i haven t got any until the payment last date is finished and requested them to do so immediately. I haven t received last month e-bill but was already fined RS. 100.
So what can I do.
In idea web site it will show my outstanding amount and last billed amount as RS 0.00 always (even now).
