Unnecessary deduction from my balance on A/c. of Filmy Pack

My Name is PK Nair, having Idea Cell No.9594667480.

This is the third of 4th time, Idea Cellular have been deducting from my balance on A/c. of Filmy Pack. In the past I have lodged many Complaints about this through mail as well as verbally. The last time, they deactivated and gave me the deducted amount of Rs.10/- back in the mobile. The message is as follows:

Keyword UNSUB FILMY. Thank you for activitating SMS Filmy Pack. Subscription Charges Rs.10/week and validity 7 daus. Deact Toll Free Number 155223.

I would like to state that I have never of my own requested Idea to Activate this Filmy Pack. Moreover, I am least interested in Films.

This is getting into my Nerves as I am a Blood Pressure Patient. Pls. help me to resolve this issue. Pls. look into the matter and give me justice.

I am left with no option but to change the Service Provider through Mobility Plan in the near future.
