Estricted outgoing calls and messages

Hi.

I have been using the same Idea number for the last 4 years. And all of a sudden one day idea cuts all my outgoing calls and messages, woithout any warning or message.

First of all, when i purchased this sim card I submitted all the documents. Secondly, shouldn't Idea atleast inform before any such issue?? Idea should really get some idea!!!
