Offer Talk time I2I not Credited even after 17 days

I got an SMS on 29th April Showing that, There is Rs 62 worth Idea to Idea local calls valid upto 10 days and Rs 88.66 TT with a flexi recharge of Rs 100, I rechaged for the same in the same day itself.

But I didn't get the Idea to Idea offer talk time even after 17 days... Registered many complaints, but no solution
