I am not satisfied mentally disturbed by IDEA service

Dear Sir,

I am carrying IDEA prepaid connection more than 2.4 yrs. Suddenly one month back i was receiving the calls & SMS from IDEA cellular regarding deposit documents which i was deposit during in process to get new connection.

However, After that i went to retailer for deposit the documents but he suggest me to deposit the documents to IKEA cellular office (may be collection centre for documents which is situated in Bahadugarh-Near by Jhajhar road). I go thrice for deposit the documents as this office is working only 9.00am to 5.00pm in working days.

However i deposit the documents at their on 16th Oct evening with condition that i have to buy one more IDEA cellular connection. I bought to avoid any mental stress or frustration.

Now after one week i still getting calls & SMS from IDEA cellular regarding submission of documents & new connection which were forciblity sell to me not working till now.

Is it Great IDEA to sell new connection???
