Hello,

I use Idea connection for the past one year and I was seldom satisfied with the customer service of Idea in Kerala. If you cannot believe what I say, you can just try calling the customer care. If you start the conversation in English you can very well notice the executives struggling to answer your queries. If they are totally unable to talk to you, they will say, "sir, checking details, please hold". What next is called "perpetual hold". You hold the line for 15 or 20 minutes hearing the Idea jingle and disconnect the line if you have some other work to do.

I can talk in Malayalam, but what about a person who does not talk in Malayalam? Will he be damned to hear the bloody jingle of Idea, instead of his query being resolved? I have personal experience of calling to the customer care four or five times in English for the same thing. At last when I was fed up with holding more that 10 minutes, I switched my language on to Malayalam, and managed to get some information on that. Is it really customer service? Is there anyone who looks after the quality parameters of Idea customer service?
