Sir,
Mr. Hemant Gupta of Raja Ram Aggarwal & Sons has requested several times to cancel the lien on HDFC Bank Phagwara Bank Acccount No. 00551000071299 RTGS/NEFT IFSC ; HDFC 0000055.
We hereby request you please issue instructions to the HDFC Bank, G.T. Road, Phagwara to cancel the lien on the bank account of a complainant with immediate effect.
Mr. Hemant Gupta had taken a post paid mobile connection with ISD facility. Now he don’t need ISD facility. Kindly provide him Roaming facility only. For your kind reference 1). the copy of Bill and 2). Copy of HDFC bank’s account statement is a attached herewith.
The complainant has requested several times to you to cancel the lien marked on the savings bank account number mentioned above but Idea has not cancelled the lein despite repeated requests
I hope you will take action at the earliest in the matter.

Idea Communications took over Spice Communications in Punjab. But the highhandedness is so much that the company is not vacating the lien taken from HDFC Bank Phagwara branch. From the last one year Mr. Hemant Gupta is running pillar to post to get justice but in vain. The Idea communications used to charge for ISD facility whereas the party has no need of it.
