Not getting money back after cancellation of the pre - post request

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Deep Pratap Singh. My mobile no is 09922377103.

I has applied for pre-post connection but it was not done.

I deposited 500rs for that but i didn't get that money back while more than 6 months have gone.

I have asked for written letter mentioning reason of the delayed but they refused.

The details are given below..

Total Amount : 500 rs

Date of cancellation : 20-09

Receipt No. : LAW COLL/10033/0000332028

I have also made a recharge of 125Rs but was unable to get balance which was done on 2nd of Dec.
