Activation of ringback tone without intimation

My bill dated 23.11.2009 (Bill from 23.10.2009 to 22.11.2009) of Idea Cellular Ltd (Postpaid), Mob No : 9891577075 - The company has charged an amount of Rs 225/- (one-time with a monthly rental of Rs 30/-) against ring-back tone which I have not opted for and the company has not intimated the same to me in advance. I do not require this facility in my mobile. The company should immediately deactivate the facility and refund me the amount at the earliest.
