Deduction of unnessary money frm sim a/c

I have using the GPRS service of Idea Cellular Company. The serive which i have started not been closed by 10 days after i have doing all possible think to off the service by taking help of customercare ..for starting 6 days and after not getting the result i have complaint to customercare to close the service of GPRS service from my a/c... for recent 5 days they everybuddy who speak they all try to say the service will close within 24 hrs ..everyone assure me that service will close... but i don't get any result..i have wasted my rs.330 rupess fr 11 days of grps service without any use...
