Not activating DND

Dear Sir

I have activated Do Not Disturb on 9th April. But I am continuously getting marketing calls.

From few days I am also getting missed calls from 91130565300 .No body talks from this no. If I am calling back then also there is no reply. Today I called to Customer Care and complained about disturbing calls, but they said that they don, t have any record of it and again I have to activate it and it will take 45 days to activate. I am fed up of these calls from IDEA Cellular and it looks that no body is going to listen from there side. Kindly help.
