BILL PAYMENT

Dear sir,

i was consumer of idea celluler postpaid services bhopal.

i was using it from last two years. Due to some reason i had disconnected my services and give written application to idea office for permament disconnection at gate no 1 bhel area bhopal. They charge 1100 rs including all the bill and dues from me to disconnect the number.i had given that much of money.

But i had received next months bill of rs368 and it showing -732rs bill.i had registerd the complaint to the idea office for my money back .they told me that they will return my money within 45 working days at my add. but after 2 months they are unable to return my money and not responding to me very well.

there way of talking is not good.they are just joking with me whenever i go there for my complaints..

pls guide me for how to registerd the complaint at consumer forum.
