Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a consumer of Idea GSM service since 5 months. Last month on 8th June, i had activate a dailer tone on my Number 9090456594 .But due to its charged i want to deactivate it. Hence, I contact with costumer care & deactivate it on 9th june at 6.30pm. A reply to the deactivation came as SMS to my number. And also there was no dailer tone in my number. But on 8th july, at 6.30pm a SMS came to my number that i was charged Rs. 30 for dailer tone where i have not activate it.
Hence, i request you to kindly help me & return the charged amount to me. This is because i am 100% CONFIDENT that i have not activate the dailer tone. If i have activated it then i was also deactivate it on 9th july.
