I too received a message that I won 250, 000, 00. I had planned a lot to spend the amount. Also thought of hiring a tax consultant to manage my tax but unfortunately came to know that there are many people who got the same message. Is there a way we can catch hold of people making such frauds and playing with human emotions :-)
