UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM PRE-PAID CARD

I am a pre paid subscriber of Idea mobile (Bearing subscription No. 9990236198, New Delhi). Some days back, I have received a SMS from M/s. Idea that, they have deducted Rs. 25/- from my pre paid account against music charges. I have neither requested any music nor down loaded any type of music from M/s. Idea and they are contineously adopting this tactice every month.
