Deduction of rent

Ought a new sim of idea gang on 19th july. it was written on tariff card that there is no daily fees but a rent of rs 1/day is being taken till date. when contacted the customer care they told tat rent is there for the same sim when activated after 20th june. but rent is not there for new sims activated after 5th august. n u cant migrate from the old plan to new. plz help
