Idea Netsetter
Poor service

My uncle had purchased me an idea netsetter USB port with no.9948829367 a few months ago. This time i.e 0n 29th may i had recharged it with 500 unlimited plan thinking of getting higher speed compared to that of my usual recharge of 103rs. But unfortunately it is dead slow it gives only 15 kbps max when the organisation promises 236.8 kbps not full atleast 100 should be given

i need my 500 back or repair it now.
