Idea net setter
Performance is well below then the Promised one

Dear sir,

I am using the Idea Net setter for the Last 3 Months.

the Company offers net speed of upto 236kbps, but in reality its no-where near to it.

i am getting browsing speed of 0-5 Kbps only when i am in the GPRS circle, & I get the Net speed of 10-20Kbps when i am in the Edge Circle.

so the speed i am getting is no-where near to 236kbps.

are there any provisions under the Indian Law board under which i can file a petition against the Idea Cellular for lack in service?

please guide me & register my complaint.
