Efund not received after close the connection

Dear Sir,

My Name is Rahul Sharma and I m brother of Surender Sharma. Surender had purchased a STD PCO Connection of Idea from the authorised dealer of Idea PCO M/s Protons Communication, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. The Idea no. of the connection is 9911443047.At the time of purchasing he gave me Rs. 1000 refundable connection, when i surrender the FCT of Pepteller, but now he ignore the statement.

when i went to him he said Idea is not refund the money and he ignore the statement.

We are requested to released my refund.
