IDEA postpaid connection
Sim card activation

I am Vijaykumar. I have converted my pepaid mobile connection to postpaid. I have given all required documentd reletd to that and amound too. It's a weak time they have consumed still my sim card for postpaid connection is not activated. The response from the agent (Itbl Telecom Pvt. ltd. Delhi) and idea costomercare people involved in this matter is very poor, no one is attending my problem.
