I request you to please look in to my issue [Billing Discrepancy/False assurances from Retention Cell ] .

I have been running pillar to post - only to get abused from your customer care executives and manager. Particularly - One of the Customer care managers - Neetu Kapoor - was only too helpful to tell me to "Get Lost".

Well - Before I really do get lost and suggest same to my freinds who are subcribed to Idea Subscribers - I think I could share my experience to get it resolved as a dying attempt to mend things.

I also recorded one of the conversations where one of the executives was "obviously" harsh - I will be only too willing to share it. (I might consider using it with appropriate authorities - since Idea Lawyer too called me up).

Let me summarize the Issue and details:

Rate Plan Easy 998 2 yrs - NEW &-gt; FORCEFULLY UPGRADED BY RETENTION TEAM

I started with Idea Subscription for Rs. 699/- (Six Hundred Ninety Nine Only) - Add to it I also paid Rs 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only) - Total Amount paid : 1449 (One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Nine only).

Soon after - I had network problems - I called up and requested that my Idea Subscription be cancelled - I was transferred to Retention Cell - Where I was told if I moved to Rs.998.00 plan - my network problems will be all gone - I bought that.

But switching plans hardly made any difference. But at least now I know I was screwed.

I tried contacting Idea Customer care - but only to be abused.

As per the last chat i had yesterday with one retention guy, He listened my all issues and finally told me that we can do one thing that reverse your 998 plan and rest of the money you need to pay. after long discussion i agreed and did the same thing. I paid 700 Bugs but again your great guys ..when i paid this money they informed that no one talk to you and no update from that retention guy.

Now this is not acceptable at all. when I request them to transfer my call to senior they told me in a bad way that u need to pay whole amount and then only we can activate your account.

I request you to audit all incoming and outgoings on 9910115656 yesterday so that you can see the real picture of your guys.

I was never been comfortable with ur network and truly speaking i didn't want to pay you that 700 bugs too... also the advance payment i given u thats also not fare.

Hoping for quick response and a call at least because i have several issues apart from this with you guys from sales to billing etc..

Just feeling bad about those customers who don't have net on their home.
