This is to inform you that i bought a Idea postpaid connection on 3rd of october 09, and the verification of the address was been done by 11th of october 09, and the number was started. But after few days it was again deactivated dew to the negetive verification. When asked they dint answered why it was deactivated. After that I went to the Idea Care, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi to get information about it, they said that again verification will be done, and I requested them that I have to go out of station so plz make it urgently. They said that it will be done that day itself. After that no verification was done by them . after that for 3 consecutive days I went to them but still no action was taken about it after that an officer of that idea care activated the number and assured me that my number has been put in the exclusion period and will not be closed till 2nd or 3rd of november . no complaint is taken by the idea customer care and no action is been taken and i m facing a lot of problem by this and i am fedup of this.
So plz take a serious action against it
