Portability change in idea its my mistake

My document verification & start 2-April to convert portability change BSNL to idea & check idea employee my address in Bhavnagar city & get started my number approx. 14 days & after fail my old important seam card & after again my mother document given by an agent, but Rajkot division not verify & lot of times waste. Please remark my complaint & start my old number again.
