i m a user of idea gang sim, actually sir i recharged my account by 27 rs. recharge card to reduce call rate on any idea number. I was not aware about the fact that it will change my sma cost nd local call cost. as i came to know that my sms cost is now rs.1 per sms, so i submited a complaint in customer care on 29th octomber to cancil the recharge nd get me in the my gang plan . they said that on 4th of november you will get it bt still i m not in my gang plan so plz do something in this case sir as i m tired by calling 12345 again nd again.
