I have cell No 9822108146 with your card & I m suffering from unwanted calls/ messages from you for purchasing/ downloading of tunes, songs & messages.
In last month you have directly changed my caller tune without knowing me
With this mail I am requesting you to stop sending unwanted SMS & calls for downloading of tunes & songs on my cell no. This is my Personal cell & not meant for any
Advertisement & your unnecessary calls.
Please stop sending unwanted messages / calls downloading anything on my cell no immediately. And also pl chage current caller tune on my cell no.
Also one problem with your system is
Your caller only ask subscriber to press * which is very easy to & unknowingly access able option & any child also can unknowingly press the *.
In spit of asking to press * you have to ask some 4-5 nos to get the tunes or songs.
