I Miss Nehal R Nathani using prepaid connection from last 3 years, my mobile number is 9924458998, i am 1 of ur geniune customer, u see my records of recrage, today morning my balance was rs.614 and than i check at 12:00pm my balance was rs. 401, so i call to customer care, i talk to Mr, Dikul, he said my 212 rs hav cut of surfing and downloading, but sir i know how to use net and their charges, so why i download? i hav my own pc, i hav nt download anythingh, idea company hav cut my balance without any reason, i want deatail of that, or back me my money, plz reply soon,
